It’s time! Starting Monday (7th September) train with me for 4 weeks in my Move More Challenge. I’ll be uploading a 10minute workout on my Instagram (nicoladaletraining) every day for 4 weeks covering everything from circuits, challenges and cardio to stretching and mobility. It’s the perfect way to create a habit of moving more and taking control of your fitness.

The Details
You can use these workouts as ‘snacks’ of exercise in your day, before or after your current workouts or completely by themselves. Whatever your routine these 10minute sessions can easily be incorporated.
They can all be performed at home or in the gym. No equipment is required but if you do have access to dumbbells, a kettlebell or resistance bands I will explain how these can be added in, in the description.
The challenge is suitable for all fitness levels. All more complex movements will have breakdowns and alternative regressions in the description along with low impact alternatives for jumping exercises.
